Greetings All!The American Lung Association of Connecticut is holding a stair climb event at Hartford21 in Downtown Hartford called "Tackle the Tower" and I'm serving as an Honorary Co-Chair and also heading up a team, appropriately titled, "TEAM 3."The Climb is Saturday March 29 at 10 a.m. The money raised for this event goes toward valuable programs and services the American Lung Association provides right here in Connecticut.You can learn more about the event or even sign up for TEAM 3 through the Tackle the Tower at Hartford 21 Web site.
So, if you're looking for something to do that weekend, come on down! It will be a lot of fun! You can race to the top of the 34 floors or casually take your time -- it's all for a great cause. While we will all climb up, elevators will transport you down back to the main lobby level.There will be an awards ceremony after the event at Sweet Jane's on Pratt Street.- Mark
