Third Annual Trinity Hip Hop Festival
This weekend's Trinity hip-hop festival is full of performances by artist, filmmakers, DJs and graffiti artists.

WHERE: Trinity College, 300 Summit St., Hartford

WHO: Renowned hip-hop artists from around the world including: Baba Israel (Australia/USA), La Bruja (Puerto Rico), Shokanti with Chachi and crew (Cape Verde), Zimbabwe Legit (Zimbabwe/USA), Sam the Kid (Portugal), and spoken word collective iLL-Literacy and Rebel Diaz (Chile/Puerto Rico). Bakari Kitwana, author of The Hip Hop Generation and Why White Kids Love Hip Hop, old school pioneers Grandmaster Caz and Tony Tone from the Cold Crush Brothers, graffiti and spoken word artists, hip-hop educators and more.
