- Six Irish Sausage, seared or grilled
- ½ c. sliced button mushrooms
- ¼ c. caramelized onions
- 2 T. shallots, minced
- 1 T. garlic, minced
- 2 oz. Jameson Irish Whisky
- 3/4 c. brown gravy
- 1 T. butter to finish
- Colcannon
- ½ c. braised cabbage
- ½ c. chicken stock
- ¼ c. scallions
- 2 T. butter
- ½ c. mashed potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
