Crunchy Crumbly Chinese Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped in thin slices
- 1 head of your favorite lettuce
- 1 medium size red onion, chopped
- 1 small can water chestnuts, drained
- 3 celery spears, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup Chinese sprouts
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
- ¼ c. macadamia nuts
- 1 small can black olives, chopped and drained
- ¼ c. snow peas, chopped
Directions:
- Toss all above together and put in an elegant glass bowl.
- Mix these ingredients in a small bowl and pour through salad:
- 1/3 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/3 c. dark brown sugar
- ¼ c. olive oil
- Dash of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Fry 10 wonton skins until golden brown in olive oil, drain and crumble for the top of salad.
Note: I add about 2 T. of soy sauce so it is a version of my Tickle Tart Teriyaki Sauce
