Sea Bass Siciliano
You will need:Flour 1 8 ounce piece of sea bass 6 Kalamata olives 1 Tablespoon small capers ½ Small onion chopped 1 Small can plum tomatoes ¼ Cup vegetable oil 5 Leaves of chopped fresh basil Dash of salt Dash of black pepper Heat vegetable oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Coat the sea bass in flour. Once the pan is ready, add the sea bass and pan sear until each side is crusted. Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet and lower the heat to simmer for 10 minutes.Serve over linguini, with vegetables, or with risotto. ENJOY!
