Ingredients
2 Packages of All Purpose Chebe Mix or 3 Cups of All Purpose Chebe Mix 4 Lg Eggs 4 Tbs(1/4 cup) of Oil (We prefer Canola Oil) 12 Tbs (3/4 cup of Milk or Water) ¼ cup parmesan Cheese ½ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp basil 1 tsp Parsley Parmesan Cheese
As far as the spices go, you can add more or take some away. It all depends on your own taste buds and flavors.
Cover Mixing bowl and Cover Bowl with towel so that all the flour does not spill out. Once it is mixed and clumps together take out of bowl and place on your counter for the rolling out. If it seems too sticky add a little more flour mix. Start rolling dough out and making sure that you are lifting it frequently as you continue to roll It out into a circle.
When your dough is a bit larger then your pan place plastic wrap across half of the piece and fold over. Be sure that your pan is lightly oiled before placing your dough on the pan. Now lift and place on pan leaving the edges overlapping the pan. Roll the edges and pinch to make your crust.
Cover your dough with a light covering of oil. Add sauce. Sprinkle sauce With Parmesan Cheese, Add your cheeses and any desired toppings.
Place in an oven at 350 Degrees for about 15 minutes or until the Cheese has bubbled up and turned a light orangy/brown color. Take out of oven and let sit for about 10-15 minutes.
