  • Personal Training at Accelerated Fitness Solutions is an individualized experience. After participating in a fitness assessment, your trainer will created a tailor made program that addresses your specific needs, interests and goals.

  • Accelerated Body packages are designed to fit your needs and budget.

  • We offer a variety of classes that tailor to your experience level.

  • Our individual program is 12 weeks long and includes a series of six private consultations with our nutritional counselor. Our counselor will customize your program according to your weight loss and health needs.
