Breakfast With Santa

The Channel 3 Kids Camp hosted its first-ever “Breakfast with Santa” fundraiser in the dining hall of its campgrounds in Andover, Conn. Close to 200 people of all ages enjoyed hot meals prepared by the camp staff, photos with Santa Claus, and arts & crafts, while a teenage band performed holiday favorites. Proceeds benefited the nonprofit organization which provides overnight camping experiences for disadvantaged children from throughout Connecticut during the summer, and welcomes schools for environmental studies year-round.

Hosting the event were Camp staff members (left to right):

(front row) Mark Harrington; Christine Homa; Executive Director Denise Hornbecker; Santa Claus; and Nicki McLean.

(rear): David Meizels; Amber Wakley; Jay Wetherbee; and Stacie Meikle, a member of the Camp’s Teen program.
