Music, food and raffles follow the ride. Wisniewski was a member of Engine Company 1 in Southington and died at age 18 in the line of duty. Information, 860-653-2987.New Haven Walk Against Hunger The New Haven Walk Against Hunger will be held May 4, 2008, in East Rock Park, corner of Cold Spring and Orange streets in New Haven. Registration is 1 p.m., rain or shine, and the walk begins at 2 p.m. Prior to the event, walkers will gather monetary donations from family, friends, collegaues and others with proceeds going to the Connecticut Food Bank for transportation, warehouse and distribution of food to local hunger relief organizations.
