Connecticut Science Center Interactive

WFSB-TV-DT and the new Connecticut Science Center are working together to bring the world of science to Connecticut.

Opening in March 2009, the new Science Center will include a Channel 3 Early Warning Weather Exhibit and will be home to Channel 3's new Downtown Hartford Bureau.

While the Science Center construction continues, Channel 3 Eyewitness News is the your source for updated information on Connecticut's new family learning destination.

Until then, we hope you will keep in touch with The Science Sunday Blog, in which Channel 3 Early Warning Weather meteorologist Mark Dixon updates you on the Connecticut Science Center's construction and hot science topics every week.

Hands-On Exhibits

At the Science Center's interactive Early Warning Weather exhibit, visitors will prepare and present their own weather forecasts on camera using real weather equipment.

The new Science Center will host an Eyewitness News bureau and educational weather exhibits with meteorologists who offer an educational experience in one of the most popular and life-affecting sciences: today's weather!
