Jodi Rell signed another package of tax incentives Thursday."Old Dogs" executive producer Garrett Grant said that the tax credits were the thing that brought the movie to Connecticut."It was the single deciding factor to be here," Grant said.Parker reported that a production as big as "Old Dogs" spends an estimated $45,000 per day in the state."It's tourism, it's hotel rooms, it's meals, it's everything that goes along with that, and I have to tell you when you think in terms of economic development, it's more money in the coffers for the state of Connecticut," said Rell.Besides the tax advantages in Connecticut, the crew said that there are location advantages as well.
