Janet Nicolae

Janet Nicolae is accused of issuing more than $400,000 in bad checks while working at Hartford Life Insurance Co. She was arrested in March 2003, but fled to avoid prosecution, police said. She faces first-degree larceny and forgery charges.

Manuel Rodriguez

Manuel Rodriguez is wanted on narcotics charges and for failing to return to his work-release program. Police said he has an address in Connecticut and Puerto Rico.

Brian White

Brian White was arrested last year on motor vehicle charges and is a fugitive from justice from Virginia.
