Mary-Jo Clark said she’s beyond frustrated.

As a self-employed nanny with a brain tumor, she said she couldn’t get health insurance.

But she said she’s not unique. She said thousands of people like her who work need health insurance.

Rell said she supports a new Charter Oak health plan from which no one can be denied.

She said $11 million was put into the budget for the plan, and more will be needed next year.
