Stop & Shop To Fill Prescriptions For Free

ROCKY HILL, Conn. -- Stop & Shop Supermarkets has offered to fill all of its antibiotics prescriptions for free until mid-March -- as long as you have a prescription.The deal is for two-week supplies of 36 generic antibiotics within nine different families, Stop & Shop officials said.In today’s economy, most people said they’re pinching pennies where they can.Stop & Shop has joined other stores in the move, including Wal-Mart and Publix.“The service applies only to new prescriptions and refills filled through March 21,” said Jerry Krygier, of Stop & Shop.For more information, click here.
