NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Fairfield Prep quarterback Mike Autore threw some nice passes on Friday in a victory while visiting Wilbur Cross in New Haven.Autore rolled out in the first half with a pass that found Ryan Nolan, picking up the first down for the Fairfield Prep Jesuits.
That pass set up the Jesuits for this: Autore threw up top and found Paul Finaly wide open. Finaly coasted into the end zone for the score.Prep continued to roll from there and put up the shutout, 28-0 over Wilbur Cross.Fairfield Prep's lineman Masengo Kabongo is bound for the University of Maryland. John Acquavita is now coaching in Wilbur Cross, his alma mater.
