MANCHESTER, Conn. -- Manchester came up short when they hosted Newington on Friday.In the third quarter, tailback Nathan Pagan took the handoff and bounced outside for the score, putting Newington up big and early, 34-0.Manchester would score later on when quarterback Johvanny Burgos took it in on the QB keeper for the score.But it would not be enough: Newington rolled on to a win, 35-7.
