Police: Man Has Weapons, Threatened Family

Windsor Man Faces Several Threatening, Harassment Charges

Police are seeking the public's help to find a man who they said has threatened to harm his family.

Windsor police identified the man as Kevin Engram, 19, and said he faces charges of four counts of violation of protective order, five counts of second-degree threatening and six counts of second-degree harassment.

Police said Engram has been involved in a family dispute and that he has made several threats to harm his family. Engram has also threatened to harm officers if they try to arrest him.

According to police, Engram is known to frequent Hartford's North End, and he has two Windsor addresses. Police said Engram should be considered armed and that he may be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
