Enfield Police Investigate Purse Snatching

Police: Woman Spent $1,000 Using Stolen Credit Card

Police are seeking the public's help to catch a woman who they said has stolen purses in Enfield.

Enfield police said a woman targeted a victim at Shaw's supermarket on Monday. After swiping the victim's purse, police said the woman went down the road to a Best Buy store where she spent $1,000 using the victim's credit card.

Police said the victim got new locks and credit cards and that the woman may be responsible for other crimes around the area.
