GLASTONBURY, Conn. -- A boater found a body in the Connecticut River in Glastonbury on Saturday.

Glastonbury police said a man's body found at about 8:40 a.m., at which time, the Glastonbury Fire Department pulled the body from the water.

The medical examiner's office will review and police anticipate to have an autopsy by Sunday to determine a cause of death.

Authorities said the body was found near a high school crew regatta event and the town's marina.
