Two More Charged With Paying Teen For Sex
Seven Arrests Made In Investigation

WATERBURY, Conn. -- Police have made more arrests in connection with the sexual assault of a 15-year-old Waterbury boy.Five men have already been arrested in the investigation, according to police.Police arrested businessman Carl Gemino; former Waterbury police Lt. Robert Kennedy; Donald Beaulieu, 40, of Watertown; Michael Juliano, 25, of Waterbury; and Bayron Ramos, 20, of Waterbury.Edwin Tito Guindin, 37, of Waterbury and 44-year-old Robert Dubauskas, of Watertown, turned themselves in to police Friday in connection with the investigation.Guindin and Dubauskas were charged with risk of injury to a minor.The men are accused of paying the teen to have sex with them at Hamilton Park and other places.Police told Eyewitness News that they do not expect more arrests in the case and that they don't believe that there are any more victims.
