Teen Arrested In Fatal Shooting

Man Shot In New Haven Two Weeks Ago

NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Authorities arrested a teenager on Monday who they have accused of murder.

New Haven police arrested Mitchell Joyner, 16, of New Haven, and charged him with felony murder, first-degree robbery and weapons charges.

Police have accused Joyner of fatally shooting Angel Roviro, 30, of New Haven, on June 12 near the 700 block of George Street.
