Fugitive Files: Waterford

Waterford police are seeking the public's helpt to find Sean Bettencourt.

Bettencourt is wanted on larceny and identity theft charges.

Police described him as 29 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.

Police said he has family in Windham and may be working construction, possibly driving a red pickup truck with Vermont license plates.
