WATERFORD, Conn. -- A tractor-trailer carrying seafood from New Jersey overturned on Interstate 95 on Saturday in Waterford near the site of a fatal tanker crash the previous day.State police continue to investigate what caused the crash, in which no one was seriously injured. Investigators noted wet conditions from rain on Saturday afternoon on what's known to be a dangerous stretch of I-95 that area residents call "Crash Alley.""It is a difficult area because of the merge in traffic and the heavy load of traffic going to the casinos," state police Sgt. Chris Guari said.Eyewitness News observed heavy traffic leading to the scene. Eric Halvorsen, of Westbrook, was caught in a similar traffic jam on Friday, when a tanker truck lost control, crossed the median and struck oncoming traffic, killing three people and injuring three others."I was trying to drive home (Friday) at 3 o'clock, and I was in traffic for, like, four hours for a one-hour drive. Now, I'm driving back and I have to sit through it again," Halvorsen said.Police have not yet released the identity of the truck's driver. Officials planned to meet on Monday to determine options to improve the 12-mile stretch of highway.
