A fight over a pornographic video ended with a man being stabbed in the back, according to police.

Farmington police said officers were called to Scott Swamp Road Tuesday morning after receiving a report of a disturbance.

When officers arrived, they said they found a couple arguing outside over an X-rated videotape.

Police said Afifya Lewis, 18, lives in an apartment at the address and that James Grier, 22, was visiting.

When Grier went to leave Lewis' apartment, he attempted to take the video with him, police said. Lewis told Grier the video wasn't hers and she attacked him, according to police.

Police said Lewis attacked him while holding keys, and that Grier suffered abrasions to his cheek and neck. Lewis is also accused of stabbing Grier once in the back with a knife.

Police said Grier was unaware that he had been stabbed until he was being questioned by police.

He was transported to an area hospital, and was treated and released.

Both Lewis and Grier were violating protective orders to stay away from one another at the time of the fight, according to police.

Both were charged with violating protective orders and breach of peace.

Lewis is also facing a second-degree assault charge.
