EAST LYME, Conn. -- Students at East Lyme High School get to go home early Tuesday because of flooding conditions and water damage.Administrators dismissed seniors at 12:10 p.m. and plan to dismiss the remainder of students at 12:30 p.m. All afternoon activities for the high school are canceled.Channel 3 Eyewitness News reporter Kevin Hogan has learned that cardboard was blocking a drain, causing a water backup. It was not immediately clear as to whether this incident could have an impact on Wednesday's classes.Eyewitness News has a crew working on this report.
