ELLINGTON, Conn. -- A school bus has crashed on Route 83 in Ellington, near the Vernon town line, on Tuesday afternoon.Eyewitness News has learned that crews have transported a preschool student to Rockville General Hospital with minor injuries.Eyewitness News has learned that the crash occurred as a car was pulling out of an Ellington gas station. The bus was traveling down Route 83 and clipped the car.
