Charges Come After Fire At Norwich Building

NORWICH, Conn. -- A juvenile has been charged with arson in connection with a fire in Norwich.Police said the fire damaged a multifamily home on Central Avenue at the end of April.No one was injured in the blaze.
The juvenile was arrested on Thursday and charged with arson in the third degree.
