Boat Being Towed By Police Overturns
Crash Closes Lane Of Route 9

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. -- A boat being towed by police rolled over on Route 9 on Monday morning.The boat rolled over near exit 10 in Middletown. A Middletown police cruiser was towing the boat.The crash occurred on the southbound side of the road.
The left lane remained closed at 10:30 a.m. because of the crash.
