MASHANTUCKET, Conn. -- State police said they had to use a stun gun on a New London man while arresting him for allegedly exposing himself to a 12-year-old girl inside Foxwoods Resort Casino. Shelton Hendricks is due in New London Superior Court on Friday for arraignment on charges of public indecency, risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and interfering with police. Troopers said the 49-year-old Hendricks exposed himself to the girl at an arcade at the eastern Connecticut casino Thursday night and fled to a nearby parking lot. State police used a stun gun on him, and he was treated for minor injuries at Backus Hospital in Norwich. He was held on $250,000 bond.Hendricks is listed on the state's sex offender registry. The registry shows that he was convicted of open and gross lewdness in 2001, and risk of injury in 2007.
