Man Stabbed During Plainfield Burglary
Police Search For Central Village Man

PLAINFIELD, Conn. -- Police were searching for a man wanted in connection with an early-morning stabbing on Friday.Officers responded to a home on South Chestnut Street in the Wauregan section of town around 1 a.m. after receiving reports of a home invasion.Police said a man was found stabbed inside his home.Police were searching for a Central Village man, identified as Jason Long, 18, in connection with the crime.
A warrant on charges of burglary, assault and criminal attempt to commit larceny was issued for Longs arrest.The condition of the victim has not been released.Anyone with information regarding Long's whereabouts is urged to contact the Plainfield Police Department by dialing 860-564-0804.
