NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Residents of the Buena Vista senior housing complex are reporting millions of little problems.They complaints of bed bugs plaguing the development prompted health officials to bring in a beagle trained to find the pests.Officials brought in 2-year-old beagles Radar and Pops, who have undergone five months of training, to sniff out the bed bugs that have infested over 60 Buena Vista apartments.Starting from the top floor, the pups went apartment to apartment sniffing out the critters and their eggs.
