WOODBURY, Conn. -- Route 6 was closed in both directions in Woodbury. because of a crash Wednesday afternoon.

The roadway was closed at about noon between Flanders Road and Quannipaug Trail in Woodbury.

Department of Transportation officials estimated three to four hours were needed to clear the roadway.
