Bank Robbed In Enfield

Police Say No Weapon Shown During Robbery

Police in Enfield said that a bank in their town was robbed on Thursday afternoon.

Police said that the Webster Bank on Hazard Avenue in Enfield was robbed by a man who did not show a weapon.

Police said the suspect was a white male in his early 20s and had a thin to medium build. He was described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and wore sunglasses and a scarf to cover his face.

After the robbery, the man fled the scene in an unknown direction with an unknown amount of money.

Police are investigating.
