Man Charged With Murder In Fatal Shooting

BRISTOL, Conn. -- A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in Bristol over the weekend.Members of the Southington, Bristol and Plainville police departments took Anthony Johnson, 20, into police custody in Southington just before 2 a.m. Tuesday.Johnson was charged with murder in connection with the death of Fred Felix, 25.Felix died after being shot on Davis Drive in Bristol early Sunday morning.Johnson's bond was initially set at $3 million but the judge felt that was not enough so he raised it to $5 million.Police said they could not say how or if Felix knew Johnson.Police said the investigation is ongoing and that more developments are expected.
