HARTFORD, Conn. -- Police in Hartford said they have obtained an arrest warrant for 50-year-old Jorge Ortiz of East Hartford.Police said Ortiz was charged with sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.Ortiz is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 180 pounds with black hair, a medium complexion and brown eyes.Police said Ortiz may be attempting to flee the country. Police said Ortiz is the subject of a pending deportation hearing.Police asked if anyone had information on Ortiz to contact them by dialing 860-757-4342.
