NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- A judge is allowing some information to be released in the investigation into the death of Yale graduate student Annie Le, but it could be days until the documents are public.Judge Roland Fasano ruled Friday to unseal some documents detailing the case against a Yale University lab tech Raymond Clark III, who is charged with murder in Le's death.Clark has not yet entered a plea. His next court date is Dec. 21.The judge said it will take three business days to release the documents, meaning the earliest they would be made public is Thursday. Clark was a lab technician in the Yale medical research building where Le's body was found stuffed behind a wall on what was supposed to be her wedding day on Sept. 13, five days after she disappeared. News organizations have asked Fasano to unseal the documents. Prosecutors oppose the request, citing the privacy rights of Le's family and the need to ensure an impartial jury.
