BLOOMFIELD, Conn. -- A man died after being struck by at least two cars in Bloomfield Tuesday night.Police said a preliminary investigation showed that the victim was crossing the intersection of Blue Hills Avenue at Cottage Grove Road when he came to rest in the roadway. They said it was unclear how the man came to rest in the road.They said at least two cars then struck the man at about 7:15 p.m.Cottage Grove Road was closed at Blue Hills Avenue for several hours following the crash.Police said the incident remains under investigation. They did not say whether any charges would be filed. The victim's identity has not been released.
