HARTFORD, Conn. -- On Monday, Attorney General Richard Blumenthal announced the launch of the "One For A Hundred Gift Card Program."The program, launched by the Connecticut Restaurant Association, said the gift card program will allow consumers to purchase a gift certificate and it will be valid at more than 100 restaurants statewide.Blumenthal joined the CRA in making the announcement, calling it a consumer-friendly program that offers important guarantees to the public this holiday season.For more information, you can visit the Web site.
