Juvenile Charged With Arson

Charges Come After Fire At Norwich Building

A juvenile has been charged with arson in connection with a fire in Norwich.

Police said the fire damaged a multifamily home on Central Avenue at the end of April.

No one was injured in the blaze.

The juvenile was arrested on Thursday and charged with arson in the third degree.
