CANTERBURY, Conn. -- Police said a broken leg was the only injury from a head-on collision in Canterbury on Wednesday morning.

Police said two vehicles collided on Butts Bridge Road between routes 169 and 12 just after 8 a.m.

The crash caused police to close the road for about an hour and a half while the scene was cleared.

Following the incident, it was unclear which driver suffered the broken leg.
