Ebonee - Friends of Feral Cheshire Cats (866-811-CATS; E-Mail)
  • "Hi, I'm Ebonee! My siblings and I are looking for a forever home. We are really sweet and playful. We like other cats, but we were scared by a dog where we used to live and would not like to live with dogs again! We are vaccinated, tested and were treated for worms, fleas and mites! An adoption donation is required! Please call Friends of Feral Cheshire Cats at 203-444-3960 or 1-866-811-2287." - Friends of Feral Cheshire Cats

Cleo - Friends of Feral Cheshire Cats (866-811-CATS; E-Mail)
  • "Cleo was once someone's pet, but was not spayed and was allowed to roam outside. When she gave birth to five kittens, she was put outside permanently with her new family. A kindly, elderly couple gave her shelter and food until help could be found. Cleo is now spayed, vaccinated, tested and ready for a new home! She is very content to lay in the windowsill and observe the outdoors from her safe have. Her kittens are also available for adoption." - Friends of Feral Cheshire Cats

    Joey - Pet Protectors (203-330-0255)
  • "Joey is a male neutered brown/white hound mix, 55 pounds, about 4 years old. He has had a hard life and was rescued at the very last minute. He is good with everyone and other animals. He is somewhat strong and needs an adult home with a real good fenced-in yard. He is not doing well being boarded and URGENTLY needs a reliable foster home until the right matched home is found. Joey has been homeless for a long time." - Pet Protectors

    Bart - East Haven Animal Shelter (203-468-3249 | Pilot3927@aol.com)
  • "Bart, a 12-year-old Dalmatian, has been cared for by the same vet since he was rescued in 1994 and is a healthy well-behaved dog that enjoys attention. Bart is good with other dogs once he gets to know them, but we do recommend he go to a home with older children. We are hoping to find him a home soon, preferably somehow who will be able to spend lots of quality time with him." - East Haven Animal Shelter

    Nikki - Wallingford Animal Shelter (203-294-2180 | Seylerl@aol.com)
  • "Nikki is a lovely 10-year-old girl. Her family just found out she has diabetes and don't feel that they want to cope with that illness. If you could find it in your heart, to love this special needs girl." - Wallingford Animal Shelter

Kelsey & Buddy - Connecticut Humane Society (800-452-0114)
  • These cats need to be adopted together. Their owner served a tour of duty in Iraq and now his whole family is being shipped to Germany. He and his wife are heartbroken to have had to give up their cats. They were willing to bring them to Germany with them, but no pets are allowed in the U.S. Military Housing in Germany. We are asking that one person adopt both of these cats as they were litter mates and will be devastated to be split up.
