POSTED: 6:07 pm EDT May 21, 2009

(Sports Network) - The New York Giants made a bid to improve their offensive line depth by signing Tutan Reyes on Thursday.

The 10-year veteran who has lined up at both guard and center, Reyes has played in 53 regular-season games (37 starts) and three playoff games over his time with New Orleans, Tampa Bay, Carolina, Buffalo and Jacksonville.

To make room for the 6-foot-3, 305-pounder, the Giants waived tight end Martrez Milner.
