Relief pitcher Jim Hoey (3/21, right shoulder surgery) is on the 15-day disabled list and is expected to miss the remainder of the season. Starting pitcher Troy Patton (3/21, left shoulder surgery) is on the 15-day disabled list and will miss the entire season. Relief pitcher Fernando Cabrera (3/21, right elbow surgery) is on the 15-day disabled list. Relief pitcher Danys Baez (3/21, right elbow surgery) is on the 15-day disabled list and is expected to miss the entire season. Starting pitcher Jake Westbrook (4/20, strained ribcage/lower back) is on the 15-day disabled list and is expected to miss four weeks. Relief pitcher Joe Borowski (4/15, strained right triceps) is on the 15-day disabled list and is expected to miss four weeks. Outfielder Shin-Soo Choo (3/21, left elbow surgery) is on the 15-day disabled list.
