- Exit 23 for West Street/Rocky Hill
- Southbound visitors turn left off exit ramp;
Northbound visitors turn right off exit ramp. - Proceed in right lane
- Turn Right at Capital Blvd. (Right lane must turn right)
- Channel 3 is on the left after a curve, watch for sign
