I-84 shut down in Ashford after crash - WFSB 3 Connecticut

State police have shut down both directions of Interstate 84 in Ashford after a serious crash.
Police said two Life Star helicopters have been called to the scene for serious injuries.
The highway is shut down in the area of exit 72.
State police did not know how long the road would be closed.
