Hartford murder suspect arrested

EAST HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -

Hartford police have arrested a suspect involved in the July 1 murder of Angel Luis Gomez on Martin Street.

Jose A. Rivera was arrested on Thursday, charged with murder and criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

The Hartford Police Department Major Crimes Division is asking anyone with information about this incident to contact HPD Major Crimes Division Sergeant Brandon O'Brien (860) 757-4089.
