Rev. Thomas B. Campion is retiring after 59 years of ministry on Dec. 11.
Campion spent 28 of those 59 years at Corpus Christi Church in Wethersfield.
The Archdiocese of Hartford announced that on Dec. 11 at 10:30 a.m., Archbishop Henry J. Mansell will celebrate a Mass at Corpus Christi in honor of Campion's distinguished career as a priest.
The gymnasium at Corpus Christi School will be named Father Campion Court, after Campion.
