Poll finds popping Bubble Wrap relieves stress

ELMWOOD PARK, NJ (WFSB) -

Sealed Air Corporation, the New Jersey-based company that makes Bubble Wrap, said a new poll found that popping Bubble Wrap for more than one minute equals a 33-minute massage.

The company said it conducted its first-ever Bubble Wrap Brand "Pop" poll stress survey as part of its 12th annual Bubble Wrap Appreciation Day.

The poll, which was conducted to gauge the current stress level of Americans, found that 77 percent of Americans say they are more stressed or as stressed today than they were one year ago.
