Malloy proposes $12M for early education

HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -

Gov. Dannel Malloy said he wants to invest $12 million to create more early education opportunities.

The money would go to areas that have been identified as "high need."

It would also pay for teacher development and partnerships between preschools, high schools and colleges.
