Glastonbury police search for armed robbery suspect

GLASTONBURY, CT (WFSB) -

Glastonbury police are searching for Kirk Ramsey, who is wanted in connection with a robbery committed with a knife on Tuesday at Moe's Southwest Grill on Main Street where he was employed.

Police said Ramsey held a knife to the neck of a 27-year-old female employee and struggled with her 32-year-old brother who also works at the restaurant. Ramsey fled the restaurant with an undetermined amount of cash, according to police

Ramsey is described as 6' tall and 180 pounds.

Anyone with information on Ramsey's whereabouts is asked to contact Glastonbury police at 860-633-8301.
